Sunny Mallorca

Warm news from the Balearic Islands; amongst the hundreds of British runners taking part in the Palma del Mallorca Half Marathon, Cathy and Stuart Dudfield were there. Having done the event in 2016, they knew what to expect and how to tackle the course. The spot-light was on Cathy as due to Stuart’s niggling piriformis, he didn’t race hard so was employed as baggage handler and ‘person in charge’ of sun cream applications. Cathy’s good form from the recent Cheltenham event travelled well and she was able to make a vast improvement this year with an impressive 1:53 hr.
