Parkrun Success

Saturday morning Parkruns are proving a greater success than first appreciated with their growth throughout the country.

The Worcester Pitchcroft has proved popular since it started 14 months ago. It offers a course which can produce good finish times due to a lack of ascents. Running flat along the River Severn and the Worcester Racecourse (horse racing).

Tewkesbury's Vicky Earls produced a such time with a new PB (or PR as they say across the Atlantic). Vicky has been training well recently with some big events approaching such as the Cardiff Half Marathon. Her new 5km PB on the Saturday morning is even more notable knowing that she was out training the evening before.
