Waterway to go for Allaway.

New member Lesley Allaway made waves in the Draycote Water 10km by crossing the finish line in 61:52 minutes. This is a new PB for the emerging talent. Her placing was 164th from a competitive field.

Over the shorter distances, the Tewkesbury Run Club have been displaying great form with Carol Cowley taking 1st place female at Tewkesbury Parkrun with 24:21 mins; Kevin Emmerson and Wes Reid were on her tail over the four-lap challenge. Birthday boy Barry O'Driscoll timing 28:11 mins over the Kingsway (Gloucester) course. Nigel Tillott impressing with 20:07 at the Bryn Pach event. Jude Rodrigues ran the Worcester Pitchcroft (race course) Parkrun in 24:44. Paul Thomas ran a light 26:32 in Cheltenham. Club Treasurer Noel Hughes timed just under 27 minutes on the Newent course. Ian Caley took part in the popular Burnham & Highbridge and finished under 40 minutes. But the hottest performance was Chris Duckworth's new PB in the Minehead (Somerset) Parkrun. His new best is 20:41 mins
