Barry Island
4th August 2019
Chris Nicholls has been back into training, putting most of his his early season injury troubles behind him, and put himself on the start line of the Barry Island 10K; a 3000 + runner race that has started to attract some quality National class runners each year.
Chris’ return to the town of his “youth” yielded him a time of 58mins 4secs. Although a time Chris was not too happy with, over the undulating course and in the heat, his race should stand him good stead come his Autumn Half Marathons.
